Licence
Browzar hereby grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, personal licence to use the Browzar software.
You may make copies of the Browzar software for distribution to others on a not-for-profit basis, provided that all such copies are identical to the
Browzar software you downloaded. Browzar recommends that you pass the details of the Browzar website to anyone you provide your Browzar
software to, so that they have the option of downloading the most recent version of the Browzar software.
You may not translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works based on the Browzar software except as
expressly permitted by the law applicable to these terms and conditions.
All other rights are reserved to Browzar.

Browzar's total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in
connection with your use of the Browzar software shall be limited to £1 (one pound sterling).
You agree that Browzar is not liable for pure economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill, loss of data, waste of management
or office time or otherwise, in each case whether direct, indirect or consequential, or any claims for consequential compensation whatsoever
(howsoever caused) which arise out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Browzar software.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits the liability of Browzar for death or personal injury caused by Browzar's negligence or for
fraudulent misrepresentation or for anything else for which it would be unlawful to exclude liability.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Browzar in connection with your use of the Browzar software.
Law
If any provision of these terms and conditions is prohibited by law or judged to be illegal, void, invalid or unenforceable (in whole or in part) by any
court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction for any reason, that provision shall to that extent be deemed not to form part of these terms
and conditions but the enforceability of the remainder of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England. You and Browzar agree that the courts of
England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions.
